For everyone who's spell checked and double checked and triple checked. Who's printed extra copies, backup copies, and backup backup copies. Who's furrowed their brows over card stock, chosen between linen and linen white.
Who's scoured job postings, left obligatory voicemails, and followed up on the follow up. Who's composed cover letter and lingered their mouse over a button called "SEND." Only to walk through a door, sit in the waiting chair, and then the real chair. To pass a single piece of paper across a conference table and realize...
It's just a resume, and it's not even a fraction of me.
